Ad Today…Gas Tomorrow…
Posted by Debo Hobo under: Travel-General .
Now that most of us have our Summer Road Trips planned and mapped out. We know what hotels/motels we may need to stay in along the way. We know our favorite pit stops for food and souvenirs. We’ve got our car books, magazines and games all set and ready for the kiddos.
But with the rising cost of gas we have had to scale back on the family road trips by staying more local for the summer or perhaps taking a plane. Well that just cuts into the family bonding time that has fallen by the wayside over the years. So we are going to stick with the plan and take just one road trip this summer.
Good news though while I was watching the news a few evenings ago, they aired a story that offered hope. A story that is going to save both of our road trips this summer and beyond. The story was about this program offered by freegashelp.com they have teamed up with local advertisers to form a win win situation for all.
Basically what happens is you sign up with the program, meet the requirements & get approved. Then all you have to do is place as little or as much sponsored advertisement on your vehicle as you want and are approved for and drive it as you normally would (1000 miles min. per month). You could make hundreds of dollars in Monthly Gas Card Rewards.
I have signed up an I am waiting for approval. I think I may have my entire vehicle wrapped in one big ad. What the heck its worth it, besides I don’t drive my vehicle as a status symbol. It is a tool and advertising will be its next task.
P.S. No that is not me in the photo and yes it was 95degress at 5:24pm.
