This weekend Debo Hobo dot Com is going to Houston TX for a long over due tour of NASA Space Center. It is only about a four or five hour drive from Dallas. Have a Happy and Safe Weekend
Pre-Weekend Elixir is the Cosmic Coconut:
26 oz cream of coconut
26 oz fresh lime juice
12 oz dark rum
8 oz Malibu coconut rum
12 lime slices
Combine all ingredients except lime slices in a pitcher that holds at least 80 ounces; stir well. Can be served immediately or covered and refrigerated until ready to serve. Fill ten-ounce tall glasses three-quarters full with crushed ice; add drink mixture. Garnish each with a lime slice, hooking over the glass rim; serve with a straw. (Makes 12 six-ounce servings.)
