Enter as many recipes as you like now through March 20, then come back April 1-5 and vote to determine the winner, announced on-air by Wolfgang on April 20.

HSN’s COOK WITH WOLFGANG PUCK RECIPE CONTEST PRESENTED BY GOURMET MAGAZINE
To be eligible, an entrant must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the US or its territories. Employees of HSN LP (“HSN”), Conde Nast, Inc., their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotional agencies and members of their families are not eligible to participate. Entry constitutes consent of entrant to use the entrants’ name, recipe, voice and likeness in any manner on HSN TV and hsn.com, perpetually, without further compensation or permission.
To enter, submit an original recipe using an HSN product to http://www.hsn.com/wgp-recipe-contest_at-1599_xa.aspx target=”new”no later than March 20, 2008. The entry must contain 1) the name of the recipe, 2) the HSN product used in the creation or presentation of the dish, 3) the complete listing of ingredients in standard U.S. measurements, 4) complete instructions, 5) cooking method, time and temperature 6) number of servings and 7) the category. Entries can be submitted in 14 categories:

Entrees
Salads
Soups/Stews/Chilis
Ice Cream and Sorbets
All submissions become the property of HSN and will not be returned. The recipe must be unique and not previously published. HSN reserves the right to edit or modify the recipe or recipe titles for programming or online purposes. HSN reserves the right to cancel the promotion for any unforeseen reason, including lack of acceptable entries in any particular category. Participants can enter more than one recipe in any category.
On or about March 21, 2008, all entries will be judged by a panel consisting of HSN employees. The criteria used to judge the entries are as follows: 1) Creativity, 2) Practicality and 3) Category adherence. Ten recipes across the 14 categories will be selected. These ten recipes will be prepared as directed in the instructions. The judges will score the recipes on taste – 40%, creative appeal – 30%, ease and practicality of preparation – 30% and adherence to category. The top 5 recipes with the highest scores will be selected as semi-finalists. The top 10 recipes including the 5 semi-finalists will receive an HSN Gift Certificate in the amount of $25.00, a Gourmet Magazine gift basket valued at $100.00, and an autographed cookbook from Wolfgang Puck.
On April 1, 2008 through April 5, 2008, the recipes of the 5 semi-finalists will be posted on hsn.com where the public will vote on their favorite recipe. The semi-finalist recipe with the largest number of votes will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the judges will determine the Grand Prize winner. Wolfgang Puck will announce the winner during his April visit to HSN. All prizes will be fulfilled after the contest has ended and the Grand Prize winner has been determined.
The Grand Prize winner will receive a 4 day, 3 night trip for 2 to St. Petersburg, Florida to meet Wolfgang Puck. The prize includes roundtrip airfare from the winners nearest airport, 3 night’s hotel accommodations, $300 spending money, an HSN Gift Certificate in the amount of $100.00 and a filmed meet and greet with Wolfgang Puck which may or may not be shown on HSN TV or hsn.com. Travel to St. Petersburg, Florida is from April 18, 2008 to April 21, 2008. The Grand Prize winner will also receive an Ultimate Wolfgang Puck Kitchen Set (ARV $780.00). The total retail value of all of the prizes to be awarded is approximately $4500.00.
The Grand Prize winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and a Form W-9 ( Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) and return it within 7 days of receipt. The travel companion will also be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release. If the selected Grand Prize winner is ineligible, fails to return the forms within the required time period or is not able to travel during the dates specified, an alternate winner may or may not be selected.
The winner and travel companions release HSN, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies and marketing partners from all liability in connection with the prize, including but not limited to any unforeseen accident or injury that may occur as a result of the prize awarded.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants, HSN and Conde Nast, Inc. and their respective agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this contest, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this contest, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the contest but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above my not apply to you.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable in cash. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
