They say it never rains in Southern California, well at least the song by Albert Hammond say it doesn’t. And I suppose technically it didn’t, but it sure threatened to several times. The temperature while I was there was a balmy 65 degrees which by Texas standards is frigid, luckily by mid-morning the sun would burn of the thick veil of clouds giving way to a sunny San Diego afternoon.
Crystal Pier is considered one of the Top 10 piers in the United States according to Costal Living magazine. Visitors to the peer can spend the night and sleep over the ocean in their own private Cape Cod style cottage. This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Not interested in spending the night? Crystal Pier is also a fantastic point to catch a spectacular sunset or just to hangout and fish. I spent my time watching the surf and surfers and chasing the seabirds. Will definitely have to plan for an overnight stay next time.
These California pigeons spent a lot of their time preening and grooming.
Believe it or not it was a fascinating thing to watch.
Thanks for watching!

You made things difficult on me with the patriotic theme your Meez has now. But, that’s okay; the Meez was the target and all sights were on it.
The event was filmed earlier today. Now, I just have to put it together…

I’m sorry, Debo! I think my Meez sent him over the edge and now he wants to kill all Meezes! Maybe we can get Dan some intervention or something?

LOL – I love your Meez and it is cool that it is large-sized. If you really do want it smaller then on the “Get Codes” page, make sure to choose the first option in Step 1 – it is the body shot 300 x 400 animated one.
Now that you have your meez code in place, you only have to make your changes on the meez site when you are logged in and press Save. it will update your meez on your site from there but to see the change on your site you may have to refresh your screen. She’s looking good!

Hi Taka, welcome back
it was very gloomy and the ocean was so loud, louder than the Atlantic. I was shocked, we could hardly hear ourselves talking.

Hi Debo:
Thank you so much for the kindly comment on my site.
I was also surprised by the grey sky of California. Though I only visited there twice in winter time, But it’s sunny with blue sky. I also wonder the why the song California Dream would say the sky is grey. Oh, It’s really grey now.

It did make for a sheltered visit to the “sunny” coast. It did eventually warm up by late afternoon most days.

Oh, wow! The wedding pics were awesome! What a large wedding party and what a teeny little bride! LOL. Everyone looked absolutely stunning! Especially the food! LOL – can you tell I’m hungry? Glorious couple, glorious day, glorious wedding. It must have been bittersweet for you, Debo! Your son looking so handsome and taking a wife. And you know, your son looking so handsome and taking a wife! Pride and tears. Hugs to you!

Yes, very proud and yes very sad. I am number 2 now(not that #2) but I feel like it. Yes, I know he’s handsome and taking a wife( yikes literally). The food was yummy, I think I don’t recall most of it is a blur. I can barely recall what we spoke about during our dance I was so caught up in the moment.

Oh thanks Eric or should I call you Speedycat? I have been a bit hesitant  about posting videos of myself  but I got over my initial nervousness. No, I’ve never done any TV, but I did work in the telemarketing biz for a while so I can bs it pretty well.
The amazing thing I noticed about the Pacific ocean is the it is so much louder than the Atlantic. It roared with activity, simply amazing.
